Elements Wellness Woman Companion contains Manjista, Ashokchal, Yastimadhu, and Shatavari -the important herbs that act as styptics, and regulate hormonal levels in women to balance the functioning of ovaries, and uterus. Ayurvedic herbs namely Brahmi and Shankhapushpi manage mood swings and stress. Many of these herbs also have anti-inflammatory activity and help in reducing inflammation and pain. 2 teaspoons of this liquid twice a day is to be taken with some water after meals. Depending on the severity of the problem 3 monthly of consumption may be required. In case of the absence of a cycle, a longer duration of consumption would be required to restore the cycle
